LECCO NAIL BAR - SERVICE POLICY

• All services are final sale and non-refundable.

• If you are dissatisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address the issue immediately.

• Adjustments or corrections may be provided within 7 days of service with proof of service.

• No refunds will be given for personal preference changes or issues reported after leaving without allowing us the opportunity to correct them.

• By receiving services and making payment, you acknowledge that the services were completed and accepted.

• Payment disputes or chargebacks may be contested with supporting records, including receipts, appointments, service records, photos, and security footage when available.
